Tony Williamson has a network of agents across Queensland and Australia he can call on at any time. If your property is outside the Cairns area, he refers your request to one who knows your area.
How does the referral work?
- You send the form. Enter your postcode first so we know where the property is.
- Tony picks the agent. He passes your details to one agent from his network who works your area, and to nobody else.
- They contact you. The agent arranges a time to see the property and gives you a free appraisal.
Does the referral cost me anything?
No. The appraisal is free and you are under no obligation to list with the agent. Tony may receive a referral fee from the agent you are referred to. If so, it is paid by that agent, not by you.
Do I need an appraisal or a formal valuation?
An agent’s appraisal is right if you are thinking of selling. For lending, legal, tax or SMSF purposes you need a registered valuer; check the register of Queensland valuers. Which valuation do I need? →
